ONLINE PURCHASES

If you receive a faulty or damaged item or if you simply decide that you don’t want the item after all, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.

Pieces must be sent back in their original, unworn condition within a further 14 days from notifying us.

We will then arrange the exchange.

Items made to order are non-returnable unless faulty.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have ordered an item in the correct size.
Please email shop@orro.co.uk if you are unsure of your size and we will be happy to help out with advice.

An item ordered in an incorrect size can usually be re-sized, but this may be subject to a charge.

To arrange a return please email shop@orro.co.uk quoting your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a replacement.  We will advise you on how to proceed with the return.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the returned item(s) using a secure, trackable delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.  We do not accept any responsibility for return postage costs or for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and must be in an unworn and merchandisable condition.

We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show signs of wear.  In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please email shop@orro.co.uk as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
If the package you receive is damaged or open, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.
In these circumstances, we will cover the costs of postage to return the goods and issue a re-delivery.

Faulty items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months after delivery. Items returned as faulty will be assessed by us and any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty. We offer a full repairs service for such items. There will be a charge for this service, to cover the cost of the repair along with any shipping costs incurred.

Your original postage costs will only be refunded if the item you received was sent in error or is faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

All sales are subject to and sold under the jurisdiction of Scots Law.
